Hello - We would like to find a resource on ethical duties and issues
in accounting from the accountant's perspective (not a lawyer's), with
special emphasis on the tax preparer's duty of confidentiality.

We are aware of these resources : Accounting Principles Board
Statements (RIA); Accounting Rules (CCH); Accounting Standards: FASB,
AICPA, EITF, IASB (CCH); and FASB Accounting Principles Board Opinions
(RIA), as well as the BNA Accounting Portfolios.

If you can recommend something else, we'd appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks! - Beth
