Does any Law-Libber in New York know anything at all about a body in
New York which calls itself the "Heart Disease Research
Foundation" ? According to his own website, Dr Yoshiaki Omura is its
current "Director Of Medical Research" and has been since 01 July
1972. Its address is given as 50 Court Brooklyn New York, NY 10001,
212 - 649 - 6210, but in the online Yellow Pages at http://community-
organizations-in-new-york-ny.yellowpagesltd.com/ it is listed under
"Category: Social Clubs & Organizations", which seems to me to be
mighty odd if it is, in fact, a legitimate and reputable body doing
research into heart disease. Apart from references to Dr Yoshiaki
Omura being its "Director Of Medical Research", I have been utterly
unable to find anything at all online as to what, (if any), research
it does actually carry out, or any evidence of it having ever
published anything at all. Can any Law-Libber assist me in finding
out whether this body is a legitimate research body, or merely a
pretender to such a title ?
