Dear fellow law-libbers,

I have a patron who is looking for something called an ICC order. The order
is MC2B from April 21, 1953. It is supposed to authorize household goods
carriers to file release rates. It seems to be something outside the regular
decisions, which I do have.

If you have ever heard of such a thing, and have any suggestions, I would
appreciate it.
