Marshall Islands - Business Corporations Act

Good afternoon--

One of our attorneys has obtained the Business Corporations Act of the
Republic of the Marshall Islands from the "2004 Marshall Islands Revised
Code" on the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute
http://www.paclii.org/mh/legis/consol_act/

She needs to verify that the Act, as posted on that web site, is the
current version in effect. The direct link to the Act is
http://www.paclii.org/mh/legis/consol_act/bca272/ . The Univ of the
South Pacific, which operates the site, said that they cannot guarantee
the currency of the information, and provided contact information for
several government officials. A variety of sources have been contacted
- still awaiting responses. Time zones, the international date line and
the apparent lack of any printed source for laws passed during 2006 &
2007, are making this a bit of a challenge.

If anyone out there could verify the currency of the version posted on
that site, or has any other sources, it would be a real lifesaver!! The
attorney needs to lodge this document with the court Monday.
