Hi Lauren,
I'd be happy to send you copies of the entries you're interested in from
my paper copies (do you not have these in your collection? or are you
interested only in CD versions?) if you let me know what jurisdictions
you are interested in (e.g., community property in Washington, in
Arizona?, etc.). Perhaps I am misunderstanding your question . . . .
Please do let me know if I can of service; I am afraid I may not be
understanding your question as you intended.
Best,
Shannon Malcolm

Subject: Martindale Hubbell Law Digest
I am trying to track down two entries from the law digest materials. I
know Lexis has the law digest file, but the materials are no longer
printed in the hard copy and are only provided in cd-rom format. I've
found the Lexis version to be difficult to use and not nearly as
straight forward as the print. Might someone be able to help me with the
topics of Domestic Partnership and Community Property? My hope is the cd
format is more like the paper version!
Thanks very much,
Lauren
