I have a professor who needs the following information which I cannot find on-line and we don't have in print in our library..

He is asking for the wording of Illinois Supreme Court Rule Ann 201m in 1988 and whether there is any "legislative" history to the 1989 amendment to that rule. Any help will be appreciated.
