I have a professor who needs the following information which I cannot find on-line and we don't have in print in our library..

He is asking for the wording of Alabama Civil Procedure Rule 5d as of 1987 and whether there is any "legislative" history to the 1988 amendment to that rule. Any help will be appreciated.
