Greetings!
I am searching for IRS GCM 30891, A-628259 (Sept. 29, 1958). I have a
reference to it in GCM 37579, and that is the only place I have found it
- searched case law and tax admin materials looking for a parallel cite.
I have tried the Cumulative Bulletin on Lexis and Westlaw. Neither
system takes GCMs back to 1958. I have found no references to it in our
Standard Fed or Fed Tax Coordinator.
If someone can assist, I would be most grateful.
