I'm looking for a practice guide for Michigan Federal Courts that has a
section on Motions to Stay. The attorney would like to see the entire
section for any type of Motion to Stay. Would anyone happen to have
Michigan Practice Guides: Civil Procedure Before Trial (or a similar
title) and be willing to e-mail or fax me the relevant section(s)?
