Hello,
I am writing an article about my recent experience in sending current
law books to a law school in Shanghai. I wanted to know if anyone has
any creative and low cost ways to get books overseas to needy libraries.
I was fortunate enough to obtain donated shipping, but I have also heard
of librarians who have sent books on donated air cargo, reduced postage
through M-Bags, through established book donation programs, via
diplomatic pouches, etc... If you have any experiences or suggestions
you would like to share, I would appreciate it. Please respond to me
directly.
Sincerely,
Kara Phillips
