I have been asked to obtain a copy of the article, "The Enforcement of
Covenants Against Competition," which is contained within the
conference materials for ABA's 28th Annual Forum on Franchising (2005).

I have no luck with my local library or the author. If someone has
this, and would be willing to fax/PDF a copy to me, I would be most
grateful. I am happy to pay the copying expenses associated with this
request.
