Hello all! I have a request for: "Nederlandse Jurisprudentiae The
requestee has no cites or specific years and only knows it relates to a
post mid-2005 Dutch Act on Collective Settlement of Mass Damages or "Wet
collectieve afwikkeling massaschade" The first case is DES case
(involves some prescription pill called diethyl-stilbestrol: They read
somewhere that "the Amsterdam Court of Appeals was supposed to certify
the settlement as of the end of 2006) The second case is the "Dexia"
case and the third case is the EADS (parent company of Airbus).
This is all I got for my request - I tried to clarify it but this was
all they knew. Our Registry for the Nederlandse Jurisprudentiae only
goes to 1999. I have no Lexis/Westlaw international account. So I am
throwing this out there for any clarification - I just need the
citations as we do have the Nederlandse Jurisprudentiae (if that is
where the cases are) up to 2007. Thank you so much
