-Online research is charged 2 ways - time spent is always charged - via time entry/Accounting , & Items outside of our flat fee contract - whatever the firm is charged via accounting.

Hello everyone,

I have already polled local law librarians, but I'm seeking a broader
sense of the activity on this issue. I need to update some earlier
information I received on this topic.

If your firm charges clients for on-line research, where are those
charges actually processed?

A. by Library staff

B. by Finance Dept.

C. Other

Thanks, and I'll keep firm names confidential. I'm just looking for
numbers right now.

Christine
