Hi, all. It may seem early to start thinking about extra-curricular
activities for New Orleans, but time has a way of slipping by.
For the past few years, a group of hardy needleworkers has gotten
together in the exhibit hall of the AALL Annual Meeting to stitch, chat,
and generally enjoy the company of others with similar interests. We'll
be doing that again this year, but we'd like to add a new twist: an
auction of our handmade work, with the benefits going to a New Orleans
charity. If you'd like to participate, please get your needles started
and bring it with you. We'll work out the details as the time draws
nearer.
