Hello,
Is anyone aware of a service that provides information re the exact
dates of the planned regular meetings of a public corporation? I've
called the Investor Relations department of this particular company and
they refused to disclose the information. I've also checked the
companies public filings, governance committee docs, Bloomberg, Capital
IQ, Earnings.com etc and the best I could come up with is something
mentioning "the board will meet seven times a year".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
