Howdy,
Does anyone know of a program that helps with managing information
technology requests? We would like to get a program that allows
students/faculty to fill out an online form requesting assistance with a
computer/tech. problem; the program should also allow us to organize the
work requests, track them, and update them with new information as the
request is filled so we can keep track of the workflow. The program would
also need to allow us to keep statistics on the types of users and requests.
