Subject: Seeking article about email disclaimer.
I have been asked by an attorney to post this to the list. She indicated
she searched Westlaw and Lexis without success.
Does anyone know of an article [believed to be authored by the ABA]
regarding email disclaimers. That is, the disclaimer that appears upon
the bottom of many/most emails?
