I'm looking for statistics showing percentage of cert petitions denied / granted review by the US Supreme Court broken out by originating circuit court. Is anyone aware of a source for this? I've seen the non-circuit-specific statistics from the clerk's office which pull into Census data and the annual Harvard Law Review statistics.
