(March 30, 2001). The opinion discusses "waiver of recovery" in a
medicare context. I did not find any reference to this opinion in the
Medicare Guide (CCH) or on the Reimbursement Network or on Westlaw cases
or texts.
I need a copy of the opinion or finding and will pay costs.
