Greetings:
I'm sorry to send this to the whole list but I've emailed an awful lot
of people (way too many) in the past couple of weeks and posted to the
listserve (way too often) not realizing that most REPLIES were never
going to make it back to me. It was only today that we figured out
exactly WHY this was happening. White-listing just wasn't doing the
trick, nor were filter fixes of any kind helping. I won't risk being
investigated by the DHS by giving away the solution, but if you read
this email message to the very end you will probably guess what the
problem turned out to be. It was embarrassingly simple, once we saw it.
Anyway, if you emailed me in the past week or so and expected a reply,
but didn't get one, please resend. I'm almost 99% sure the email will
make it to me now. And if you still don't get a reply, I'm on vacation
- recovering - on my deck with a wet compress and a not-too-cold beer.
(I love living in a city where you don't have to go away to have a great
vacation :-)
