I'm hoping someone out there might be able to lend a lot of
assistance...

I need to find property rights dealing with a new generic drug. Said
drug is licensed (piggybacked) to company x under the new drug
application and we want to know if we can sale rights to company y
instead. Does company x have the rights or was it just "promised" to
them?
We've searched in the Food and Drug Law Journal - any other resources?

Any help with this is deeply appreciated.
