I am looking for the following article from a PLI conference/binder in
1998:

William D. Brewer, "Acquisition Financing Structure, Techniques
and Alternatives" in Advanced Doing Deals: A Strategic Approach to
Completing the Transaction (New York: Practicing Law Institute, 1998).

According to the National Library of Canada union catalog, our library
is supposed to have this binder but it is not in our firm's catalog nor
is it on our shelf (so we must have weeded it).

If you have this material and are willing to email or fax the article,
please let me know directly at ted.tjaden@mcmbm.com and not to the
listserv since I am currently set to receive "end of the day" digests.
