We are in the process of compiling a library procedural manual and I
could use your help as to what to include. I already have items under
inter-library loan, cataloging and responding to an email reference
request which is a subsection of reference. If you have a manual and do
not mind sharing your table of contents, I would greatly appreciate it.
If there is an interest, I will summarize for the list when I come back
from vacation.
