Greetings:

Here are the bulk order options. Prices in parentheses are for 500+
copies. Thanks to all!!!

1) Constitution Center (.30/each)

nstitutions

(Comment on these 30 centers: We used these last year, but I should warn
you they are SMALL. They say 3x3 here but unless they've changed it
it's more like 3 1/8 x 2 5/8. It folds out like a road map sort of.
The print is pretty dense and small, though my eyes are miserable and I
can read it (at least with my glasses but then I can't see anything with
out them.))

2) ABA ($1.05):

3) Secure Freedom dot org (.75/each):

4) National Center for Constitutional Studies (.50/each ):

5) National Archives ($1/each): http://www.archives.gov/publications/

Have a great weekend,

Subject: Constitution Day - SEPTEMBER 17th - Time to Prepare

Isn't it great to be wrong in front of a zillion people (aghhhhh)?
Actually, I find it funny, though it may mean y'all will have to do some
serious fact-checking the next time I post to the list :-)

The original question still stands ($$$), but I am glad to see that the
date I had in my so-called Mind was wrong. And September is SOOO much
better too, so maybe the karmic forces are with me (even if my mental
ones have left the building).

Thanks to many of you who sent wonderful and gentle messages correcting
me (especially to the very special librarian who reminded me that it is
my constitutional right to celebrate Constitution Day whenever I darn
well please - ain't that the truth :-)))))

Not quite looking for another day job,

Laura

P.S. Quite a few ordering suggestions are coming in. I'll post a
summary to the list in a day or so.

Subject: Pocket Constitutions - bulk ordering question

        Greetings:

        Could you recommend good place(s) to bulk-order pocket-size U.S.
Constitutions? The ConstitutionFact dot com bookstore sells them at a
$1.00 each for orders of 500-999. I want to order about 500 of them for
a Constitution Day event (please tell me Constitution Day is still May
17th this year!) and $500 is a little much. I'm pretty sure we'd manage
fine with 300, but I still have a little time to bargain hunt, with your
help. I may just have to wait until next year (last-minute planning
isn't always a good thing), but the Constitution is worth the effort.

We don't do too much here for Law Day (week or month), but one
has to start somewhere and "Constitution Day" rocks *my* world.

        Thanks!

        Laura
