You mentioned the SAG site-but that is the Screen Actor's Guild--and
what you need is the Writer's Guild web site.
If the writer is a Guild member, the answer will be found in the
Writers Guild website. Search by the writer's name at:
http://www.wga.org/agency/MemAgency.asp
(I found this answer by reading page 721-22 of my own book-The Lawyer's
Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet)
If the writer is not a Guild member, they won't be in this database.
If the writer is a Guild member, but their agent isn't listed in the
database, you might call the Guild's Representation line (if they still
maintain one).

Posted for a colleague. I'm trying to locate the agent or manager for a couple of screenwriters. Does anyone know of a print or online directory that might show that? I've searched everything Lexis and Westlaw have to offer. And I've seen many general directories that list entertainment agents and agencies but nothing that shows who represents whom - other than the membership-only SAG website.
