I am looking for a copy of the Aspen publication, "2003 Construction Law
Update". Specifically, I am looking for the chapter called
"Construction on Indian Reservations: Specific Issues and
Considerations" in the 2003 Update. I realize this is a long shot what
with me being in Sacramento, CA and all, but if anyone out there has
this publication and would be willing to send it to me I would be very
grateful. I will pay all costs involved and return it immediately. I
suppose there is a chance that if the chapter isn't very long it could
be .pdf'd or faxed...
