I am searching for an English translation of the current laws and
regulations for Mexican Civil Aviation.

I found the laws and regs in Spanish at the University of Texas and also
on the Direccion General de Aeronautica Civil website -
http://dgac.sct.gob.mx. Do you know a source in English?
