A lawyer at one of my seminars told me that the British voter rolls are
available through a pay database and that is how she located a missing
person. I did a Google search for it and found it, but I don't think I
kept the link--so try a google search and you'll probably find it. It's
always difficult to do international public record searching b/c their
privacy laws are more strict than US privacy laws, so I was amazed to
find the British voter rolls available.

Anyone familiar with an Accurint-like resource for locating public
records in Great Britain, specifically with reference to individuals? I
would also appreciate any tips or reading recommendations on the general
subject of conducting legal research across international lines.
