Subject: [llne] LLNE Spring 07 Meeting -- Registration Deadline Fast Approaching
The registration deadline for the sure-to-be-excellent Spring LLNE program, to be held at The Social Law Library on Friday, April 20, 2007, is fast approaching. Though the deadline is Monday, April 16, there is still time to sign up and attend. Please email Anne Peters (apeters@socialaw.com) to make arrangements if you have not already registered. The program, "To Your Health: Healthcare, The Law, and You," has many excellent topics, including a keynote address by Prof. George J. Annas of Boston Univ. School of Public Health on "End of Life Issues After The Terri Schiavo Case."
As well, the LLNE Luncheon will feature remarks from AALL Executive Board Member Janice E. Henderson, and the presentation of the LLNE Edgar Award to retired Suffolk Law School Library Director, Prof. Edward J. Bander.
