Thanks to everyone's advice yesterday with the Mergers and Acquistions
article. Upon reviewing the complete sitation with the Partner, she
discovered that the "mergers and acquisitions" referred to another
section (a section CALLED mergers and acquisitions) within the same
publication she was pulling the citation from.
The only other thing I'm looking for now is a way to obtain a copy of:
G-MEN AND -WOMEN TO THE RESCUE! A SECTION 280G PRIMER ; EXECUTIVE
COMPENSATION. BY BILL C. WILSON. 113 (AUTUMN) 1998. BENEFITS LAW
JOURNAL.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks! Jen

Subject: Mergers and Acquisitions Article
I've been asked to track down several articles and this one is giving me
problems. This is all I have to go on:
elinsky and richardson, "the unauthrozed [unauthorized] reduction of
golden parachute values," mergers and acquisitions, 17 (oct) 2001
Any ideas anyone? I'm stumped. If you know where I can find a copy of
this article or who the publisher is, please let me know.
Thanks, Jen
