Can anyone help me to track down the following?

I have started to search the web site of American Soc. Of Plastic &
Reconstructive Surgery, but so far no luck. I have also looked at
PubMed, but this article is not there either. The library at SW Medical
Center was unable to find anything and so far my usual great source at
SMU has not found anything either. Any suggestions are welcome as
medical research is a little out of my comfort zone!
