I am trying to obtain a copy of a chapter from the following book:
Personal Injury Forms: Discovery & Settlement which I believe is
published by James Publishing (sorry I don't know which chapter it is).
The topic/deposition outline I need concerns Life Care Planners. If
anyone has this title I would appreciate any help you can provide.
As always I am willing to pay any costs associated with this request.
