Subject heading: Change in Sup Ct. Records & Briefs shipment
We noticed that we didn't get the "blue cards" with shipment #3 of the
2006-07 CD fiche. Since the fiche are filed in docket number order,
these cards are needed to provide the link from the case name to the
docket number (most people needing to use these resources have only the
case name). A call to Donna Barrick at Lexis revealed that they aren't
going to provide them anymore but they will send us a PDF (126 pages
since it puts each card on a new page). Donna said that they will take
note of complaints and possibly reconsider. Her number is 800-852-6077.
