Hello,
Does anyone have or know where I could find the Chicago Board of Trade
(CBOT) Rule 331.06, Transfer Trades that what was in effect with respect
to transfer trades prior to 9/1/06 and in particular in January - June
2005? I was told the predecessor rule may have been CBOT Rule 444.01.
I called the Chicago Board of Trade but was transferred around a bunch
of times and did not really get an answer.
