Thank you to several astute Law-Libbers for the tip that a commercial
edition of the United States Attorneys' Manual is available
from Aspen Publishers. The Aspen version is entitled Department of
Justice Manual, 2nd edition.
More information is available on the Aspen Web site. It is substantially
more expensive than the free information on the DOJ Web site, but it is
available in print in a multi-volume loose-leaf format.
Thank you everyone!

Is anyone aware of a print equivalent of the United States
Attorneys' Manual, perhaps with a slightly different title? As far
as I can tell this was last published by the U.S. government in 1997.
It has since been replaced by an online only version. I've searched
OCLC, a number of publsher's sites, Loose Leafs in Print.
Thank you in advance for any pointers. I will post any results to the
list.
