I am searching for the lobbying laws and/or regulations of Puerto Rico.
I have searched Westlaw and Lexis statutes, journals and law reviews,
Hein online journal articles, the web, book catalogs on Westlaw and
Lexis, and WorldCat.
If anyone can point me to an English version of such information, I
would be most grateful!
