I'm trying to find out when a company incorporated. It's a Canadian
company in Quebec, with no US office. Is there a Canadian or Quebec
equivalent of a Secretary of State that would record the information.
Given what I've found (or not found), I believe they are a small,
private company. I've searched SEDAR, Westlaw (and only found directory
type information), D&B (I can purchase a report, but I'm not sure it
will tell me when/where incorporated), and done a few basic Internet
searches. Can anyone point me to a Canadian business registry site?
