In the past, when looking for reaonably priced translators, I have
called my local college (e.g. in Los Angeles-UCLA) and talked to their
foregin language dept for a recommendation. It was for a Czech
translator. I can't recall the fee, but at the time (probably 10 years
ago), it was reasonable.
There are translation companies, of course, but they'd be more pricey.
