Annual Conference : September 7-10, 1997, Chicago Hilton & Towers /
National Association of Stock Professionals.
I have searched Securities Mosaic, CCH Internet Research Network, the
SEC website, the Internet, the Federal Register, the CFR, and the NASPP
website. I also telephoned the SEC.
