Hi Randy,
I was most disappointed to learn that you only heard from about ten
persons on Law-Lib who have created "kill files" to automatically
delete anything and everything that I send to Law-Lib.
In years gone by I used to have a far higher "kill file" rating, so
my standards have plainly slipped very badly indeed in recent times.
That is very worrying indeed.
I sincerely apologise, and undertake henceforth to give to all avid
Law-Lib readers far more opportunities to create "kill files" and/or
use their "delete" keys in respect of my postings.
