Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might have either of the following Texas State
Bar CLE materials in their collection

Nuts & Bolts of Evidence and Discovery (Spring 2001/2002)

Advanced Evidence & Discovery - Boot Camp 2002

We are trying to get a copy of an article/presentation by Richard R.
Orsinger and David Keltner called Strategies in Making a Daubert Attack.

I've already tried OCLC with no success, and I've already called the Texas
Bar, but they said they don't carry materials that far back.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
