Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if you all might share your opinion with me.
I have a faculty member who has asked me to teach a session on how to do a
legislative history (in detail - going back to the proposed bill and
analyzing which committee sent to, who was on that committee, etc.
I am trying to put together a reading for the class (something that they
have to read ahead of time) that will give them some background and
explanation into the nitty gritty but is not 25+ pages.
Any ideas for a short but detailed reading on legislative history (this
would be a focus on Federal)? What are your favorites?
Thanks!
Sue
