HELP!

I have 930 lbs. of books I am trying to get from California here (35 boxes). I have been told about the UPS Hundred Weight Service, but am having difficulty getting a contract for that service. I know that there is a "Library Rate" for shipping, but I don't know how to use that either. Can some kind soul please tell me the cheapest way to ship (incoming and outgoing) heavy boxes of books?
