Subject: Lexis Ozmosys: end-user feedback please

At present, we are doing a trial involving the "Total Alerts" and the
"Clipper" Lexis Ozmosys Services at Dickstein Shapiro. I am curious to
find out about end-user experiences involving either / or both Services.
For instance, how is it being applied at your firm ... by practice group
or topic, etc? Were you satisfied with the installation process? At
the end of the day, is it saving time; are the recipients pleased in
obtaining the information in a more consolidated manner? Is it saving
staff time? Are you satisfied with cost versus benefit? For instance,
you may have tried both Total Alerts and Clipper at first. Ultimately,
you subscribed to one Service over the other. Why, was it based on need
or on cost or a little of both? Apart from Ozmosys, are you using other
software which you find less expensive or perhaps more functional in
terms of your over-all needs and targeted goals?

Please respond to me. If there is an interest, I will summarize the
comments and distribute them. As always, thanks in advance for your
consideration.
