Morning, Law-libbers,
I was asked to find treatises ( or articles) which give overview of
Insurance Premium Financing. I did a law review search and didn't get
any useful results. The only treatise I found was Multistate guide to
insurance premium financing (CCH). However, the attorney didn't find it
helpful either. Any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance.
