Google tells me that this question was put to law-lib in 2003, with no
evidence of an answer. Maybe I'll get lucky - please read:

I've been asked to get a list of "federal enclaves" - places where there
is no state jurisdiction, only federal jurisdiction.

I've searched Fed. Registers and US govt. docs catalog, as well as news
and -of course- the web.

Can anybody point me in a good direction?
