A big thanks to Kathy Hough at Wolters Kluwer North America Shared
Services.

Good Morning,

I am looking for an article from the Dec 06/Jan 07 issue of Journal of
Practical Estate Planning. The title is "Tax Court Rejects Tax
Affecting Sub S Income..."

If anyone has this and can get me a copy of this article, please let me
know.

Thanks.
