Hurray! Another law school that hasn't caved to BNA's exorbitant prices!
Both L & W include BNA sources in their case citations, even if access
is blocked to a case that appears only in a BNA source. So you can
effectively search USPQ content by including "citation(u.s.p.q.)" or
"ci("u.s.p.q.")" in a case search. (At least this works now, before
anyone at BNA reads this reply.) I don't know USPQ well enough to know
what administrative decisions it includes, but the same approach would
probably work in other databases as well.

Is anyone aware of an efficient way to search the federal and
state cases and administrative materials that are included in USPQ using
LexisNexis or Westlaw databases included in the "standard" academic

databases but any suggestions on how to most accurately search the
contents of USPQ without actually purchasing it would be appreciated.
