I am trying to obtain a copy of the title page and pp 1181-1185 in V. 3
of the treatise referenced below. The libraries I contacted that own it
are unable to accommodate my request due to its age, rare nature and/or
restrictions on copying from electronic format and print reproductions.
(LC has it but their quickest turnaround time is 10 days.) Can anyone
suggest where I might turn to get this fairly quickly?
