I'm trying to find an article, probably published between 2001-2003,
possibly in an insurance industry newsletter or other professional
publication about a fire at an industrial site in Mt. Joy (Davenport),
Iowa that occurred on Feb. 20, 2001. The article I'm looking for states
that this event was the second largest property loss in the world.
I've checked around and can't find anything at all about it being the
second largest property loss.
Other background info: a case stemming from the incident was filed in 2003
(Deere v. Petersen).
